We, QMG Technologies Ltd, a registered company in England under company number 13506378 , with our registered office located at 10-16 Tiller Road, London, England, E14 8PX operate under the trading name Search Airport taxi Our role is solely that of an agent, facilitating bookings on behalf of our customers. When you make a booking with us, your contract will be with the supplier or principal responsible for providing the transportation services (referred to as the Supplier/Principal).
By proceeding with a booking, the primary individual named on the reservation confirms, on behalf of all individuals included in the booking, that he or she:
When you make a booking, we will facilitate the creation of a contract between you and the applicable Supplier/Principal, who is responsible for providing the transportation services specified in your e-ticket. As an agent, we assume no liability for the actions or omissions of the Supplier/Principal or for the services they provide. Your booking with us is subject to these Agency Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier/Principal(s) with whom you have contracted. We strongly recommend that you carefully read and understand both sets of terms and conditions. The booking conditions of the Supplier/Principal may impose limitations or exclusions on their liability towards you. If you do not have a copy of these conditions, please request them from us.
Your booking will be confirmed, and a contract between you and the Supplier/Principal will be established when we send you confirmation on their behalf. We, acting on behalf of the Supplier/Principal, reserve the right to decline any order placed by you. We do not guarantee that we will be able to allocate a Supplier/Principal to every booking request. If, by any chance, we are unable to allocate a Supplier/Principal to your booking request, we will promptly notify you via email.
We do not accept any liability for the contracts you enter into, the transport arrangements or any other services you purchase (referred to as Transport Arrangements), or for the actions or omissions of any suppliers or other individuals or parties connected with these arrangements.
It is crucial that you review all the information provided by you at the time of booking to ensure its accuracy, including the pickup details. Once you confirm these details, we will proceed with confirming the booking with the Supplier/Principal.
Upon receipt of all documents, please verify that all names, dates, and timings are correct. If you notice any errors, please inform us immediately. Please note that any changes to these details resulting from errors on your part may incur a charge to rectify them. The booking information you provide to us will only be shared with the relevant Supplier/Principal responsible for your Transport Arrangements or other necessary individuals involved in providing the Transport Arrangements. This information may be disclosed to public authorities if legally required. This also applies to any sensitive information (special category) you provide. By making this booking, you consent to the sharing of this information with the relevant parties. Certain information may also be shared with security or credit checking companies. If you travel outside the European Economic Area, the data protection regulations may not be as stringent as the legal requirements in this country.
To secure your chosen Transport Arrangements, you have two payment options: paying in full at the time of booking or, if permitted by the Supplier/Principal of the Transport Arrangements, making payment directly to the driver. If you opt to pay the driver, it is important to ensure that you have the correct cash amount available in the local currency, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation email. When choosing to pay the driver, you must commit at the time of booking to make such payment. Additionally, when paying the driver, you will need to provide valid payment card details during the booking process. We reserve the right to charge you for the Transport Arrangements on behalf of the Supplier if you fail to make any payment when due or incur any amendment or cancellation fees.
If full payment is not received as required, we will notify the Supplier/Principal, who may cancel your booking and charge the applicable cancellation fees outlined in their booking conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions of the respective Supplier/Principal, all funds you pay to us for Transport Arrangements will be held on behalf of the Supplier/Principal and forwarded to them in accordance with our agreement.
Please note that credit/debit card processing fees (ranging from 1.4% to 2.9%) charged by our payment processing partner Stripe.com are non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation.
We retain the right to modify advertised prices at any time and to rectify errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. It is important for you to check the price of your chosen Transport Arrangements at the time of booking.
If you have any special requests, kindly inform us at the time of booking. We will relay all such requests to the Supplier/Principal, but we cannot guarantee their fulfillment, and we assume no liability if they are not met. While our Suppliers/Principals will provide child/baby seats upon request whenever possible, there may be rare instances when such seats are unavailable due to unforeseen last-minute vehicle substitutions, for example. Please be aware that neither we nor our Suppliers/Principals can guarantee that the provided seats will be an exact fit for your child.
Each of our Suppliers/Principals allows you to cancel your reservation without charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. You can cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours prior to the pick-up or arrival time. The cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be confirmed in your eTicket.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be submitted to us via the “My Booking” section of our website using the information provided in your confirmation email. It is important to ensure that you receive written confirmation of any changes to your booking before your travel date. Usually, the cancellation terms of the Supplier/Principal permit online amendment requests up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period, you must contact the Supplier/Principal directly using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation email. The amendment terms applicable to your booking will be confirmed in your eTicket.
While we will make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee that the Supplier/Principal will accommodate all amendment requests. Amendments and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Supplier/Principal for your Transport Arrangements. The Supplier/Principal may impose cancellation or amendment charges as outlined in their booking conditions, which could amount to 100% of the cost of the Transport Arrangements.
Please note: Some Supplier/Principals do not permit changes, and therefore full cancellation charges may apply.
In the event that the Supplier/Principal needs to make significant changes to your confirmed Transport Arrangements or cancel them, we will promptly notify you. We will act as a liaison between you and the Supplier/Principal regarding any alternative arrangements offered by them, but we will not assume any further liability towards you.
Your contract is directly with the Supplier/Principal, and their booking conditions apply. As an agent, we are not responsible for the actual provision of the Transport Arrangements. Our role is limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. Any information about the Transport Arrangements that we provide to you in good faith is not our responsibility. However, if we are found liable to you for any reason, our maximum liability is limited to twice the cost of the commission we earn on your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). This limitation does not apply to cases of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees while acting in the course of their employment.
Since the contract for your Transport Arrangements is between you and the Supplier/Principal, any queries or concerns regarding your Transport Arrangements will be forwarded to them for resolution. Please submit such queries through the dedicated page on our website, which can be found here: [insert website link]. Complaints must be submitted within 28 days from the date you used the services provided by the Supplier/Principal. If you encounter any issues with your Transport Arrangements during use, you must report them immediately to the Supplier/Principal. Failure to follow this procedure may limit the Supplier/Principal’s ability to investigate and address your complaint, potentially reducing or eliminating any compensation you may be entitled to.

These Agency Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you have the option to bring proceedings in your local court under Scottish or Northern Irish law, as applicable.
All vehicle descriptions are provided by the relevant Supplier/Principal. These descriptions aim to give you an idea of the facilities you can expect from your transportation. Standards and ratings may vary between countries and suppliers, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any ratings provided. The images of the vehicle make and model shown on the quotation page are for illustrative purposes only, and neither we nor the Supplier/Principal guarantee that the exact vehicles depicted will be provided.
The distance and trip times provided are for planning purposes only. Construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the published information, so it’s important to plan your trip accordingly.
