Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a transfer confirmation and contact information, as well as further updates regarding your journey, from the driver or the taxi and limousine company (including their first and last name, telephone number, license plate, and vehicle type) via your provided email address.
For the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data to the respective fleet company, external fleet partner, or driver responsible for the ride in a country outside the European Union (referred to as a “third country”).
After each trip, you will receive an email requesting your feedback on the driver and the vehicle. This rating system is designed for quality assurance and to improve customer satisfaction.
